A lifelong Detroiter with a Masters Degree from Wayne State’s College of Urban, Labor and Metropolitan Affairs, Colin Hubbell formed The Hubbell Group after working as an administrator for the City of Detroit for 13 years. He then spent the next 5 years as the Director of Urban Development for Crosswinds Communities, where he opened their Detroit office and was responsible for the development of all Crosswinds’ projects completed or currently under construction in the city.
